Shipping procedures
We ship anywhere in the United States and Internationally. Our preferred carrier is USPS (Postal Service) however Fedex or UPS can be used upon request. Handling and shipping fees are at the customer charge unless specified. We will ship within three business days of receiving your order.
Please call or email Globalbatik upon reception and inspection of the package/paintings.
Returns/ Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason by the paintings or products you have received, please contact GlobalBatik and we will gladly accept any return or exchange within seven days of the date the package was received.
No additional fee will be taken if you decide to return /exchange your paintings. A full refund will be credited to your credit card unless the paintings are damaged or altered, then 15% only will be deducted from the refund issued. GlobalBatik is not responsible for shipping charges on returns and recommends you insure the package and require a signature upon delivery.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, as well as financial information are solely used for the purpose of completing customer's orders or sending updates and newsletters. All information shared with GlobalBatik is kept strictly confidential and at no point communicated with any third party.
